Rental Procedure: If you are interested in a property, you can fill out a Rental Application. Rental applications can be printed from our website and mailed or faxed to us for review. Applications are required for all prospective tenants over age eighteen.  All persons residing in the unit must complete the application process.  Students who have little rental history will be required to have parental guarantees.

The application fee is $28. When we receive your application we will screen your credit history, rental references, and income verification or ability to pay.
